Can I embed a Showcase presentation on a web page?

Last updated on 04 Nov, 2025

If you have a particularly spiffy presentation, you might be wondering if you can embed that presentation in all its glory onto your website somewhere — or a landing page perhaps.

The answer is: sort of.

It's possible to set up your sharing links such that they have an unlimited timeout and do not expire. You can read about how to change your Shared Content Link Expiry settings here

If you set the expiration date to 'unlimited,' then share a Showcase presentation using 'VIP Pass', you can customize the link URL and what the sharing page says when it first loads.

You can then insert that link anywhere you please — in an email signature, in a Slack channel, linked in an email newsletter, or behind a button on a website.

So that's one way you can get your presentation showing up wherever you want on the web.

What about an iframe?

At this point in time, iframe embeds are unsupported by the Showcase platform. That's not to say they won't work; it's just that we have never done any work to explicitly support this. You can certainly give it a try, but our official recommendation for 'public' sharing is the VIP Pass method detailed above.

If iframe embeds are a feature you desperately need, let us know about it! We're always happy to hear feature requests at helpdesk@showcaseworkshop.com
