When you're uploading files to the Showcase Workshop file library, the limit on individual file size is 500MB. If you try to upload a file larger than this, you'll get an error.
While this is the technical file size limit, we recommend aiming for even smaller files where possible. The larger the file, the longer it will take users to download your presentation and the more room it will take up on their devices!
If you have large video files, you can compress them significantly without any perceptible loss in quality for a tablet screen.
Each Showcase Workshop account comes with 1000GB of storage space total in the File Library. If you need more, we can totally arrange it! We won’t ever limit how much data you can store, but if you exceed 1000GB of storage, there is an extra monthly charge of $10 USD per 1GB of data.
