As well as adding drop shadows and transparency to your text, you can also add these effects to an entire hotspot to really make them pop. These effects are perfect for hotspots that contain images or solid colors.
Here's how to add opacity or shadow to a hotspot:
- Sign in to the web app and open your presentation in the Editor.
- Click on a hotspot to select it.
- Click the Effects icon (the sparkles) in the toolbar above your presentation.
- Use the options in the drop-down menu to control how you want the hotspot itself to look.
Hotspot Opacity relates to how transparent or opaque the hotspot is. Use one of the lower options to make the hotspot more see-through so your text stands out more. Or raise it right back up to full opacity for maximum impact.
Hotspot Shadow is where you can add a small, medium, or large drop shadow to the hotspot itself.
