Certain video formats may not work right on certain devices (for example, iPads just can't seem to get their artificial brains around '.wmv' files).
But we've got good news for you!
Showcase will seamlessly convert your video formats as required for your particular tablet or device without you having to lift a finger.
In the rare event that you want to use a super-obscure video format — one not covered by our supported file types list — you may have to use a conversion tool or email us at helpdesk@showcaseworkshop.com.
