While we try our best to keep the Showcase platform up and running completely issue and error free, sometimes one squeaks through, which can be frustrating.
The good news is that often a quick reset or update is all that's needed to fix the issue!
Here are a few simple tricks you can use to fix most issues:
Trick #1: Clear your device's cache by logging out of the Showcase Workshop app and logging back in again.
Trick #2: Make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of Showcase Workshop.
Trick #3: Uninstall and reinstall the Showcase Workshop app from your device's app store.
Trick #4: Update your device's OS version. If you're using an older OS version of your iPhone or iPad, updating to the latest OS may be required.
